Cosmetic condition:

This console is in fair cosmetic condition, with heavy scuffs, scratches, dings, and general wear on both the top and bottom casings. The vents also show dings and wear and contain some debris, which has been cleaned to the best of our ability. 

Functionality condition:

The console powers on and off properly, accepts and reads game discs, and the eject button works as it should. All ports are clean and fully functional, and the device has been reset with all accounts removed.
